My Approach
During her studies, Leah developed a wide range of therapeutic skills. She applies stretching techniques to lengthen muscle fibers and relieve tension, practices myofascial release to free tissue restrictions, and effectively uses trigger point therapy to alleviate muscle pain. She also has extensive experience treating the neck, shoulder joints, and maintaining knee health.
With her Asian background, Leah brings additional expertise in traditional Chinese Tuina massage and Thai massage. For her, massage is not only a profession but also a passion. She believes every muscle in the body communicates its own story, and she enjoys studying different massage techniques. Booking a session with Leah often brings clients unexpected and rewarding results.
