My Background

Hi, I’m Quincey, a Registered Massage Therapist based in Toronto, Canada.

I take a therapeutic, detail-oriented, and personalized approach to massage therapy, with each treatment tailored to the individual needs, health history, and goals of my clients. My goal is to help clients manage pain, improve mobility, reduce tension, and support their overall well-being through thoughtful and evidence-informed care.

With clinical experience across a range of therapeutic techniques and client needs, I strive to create safe, effective, and purposeful treatments that are personalized to each individual.

My Approach

My clinical experience includes Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue, and hot stone massage. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including older adults, postpartum clients, and individuals with sports injuries, neurological conditions, tendinitis, insomnia, chronic muscle tension, and other pain-related concerns.

I also collaborate with rehabilitation and internal medicine practitioners when appropriate, using my knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and therapeutic techniques to provide safe and personalized care.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked as a law clerk and licensed paralegal, where I developed an interest in understanding the human body and the recovery process. This interest led me to pursue a career in massage therapy.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2016 and have been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist ever since. I believe effective massage therapy starts with listening to each client and creating a treatment plan that is purposeful, personalized, and responsive to their needs.
